RecoChainAI was founded in 2025 by Recep Özger Filiz with one conviction: carbon data only matters if anyone can verify it.
Why we started
The starting point was concrete. On the factory floors of Denizli — one of Türkiye's main textile-manufacturing hubs — carbon data lived in spreadsheets anyone could edit and nobody could prove. Meanwhile regulators, auditors and the brands those factories supply stopped asking companies what they emit and started asking them to prove it.
Greenwashing is not defeated by louder promises of transparency. It is defeated by verifiability: data captured at the source, hashed, and anchored where no one — including us — can quietly change it afterwards. That is the product we set out to build.
What we build
One platform that measures corporate and product emissions — Scope 1–3, CBAM, SBTi, product carbon footprints — and turns every figure into evidence. Each calculation carries a receipt of its inputs, emission factors and result; the receipt is hashed and anchored publicly, so your numbers can be verified independently while your raw business data never leaves your control.
Principles we don't trade
No invented numbers
We publish no figure we cannot back with a calculation receipt — in our product or in our marketing. A company built on proof cannot run on claims.
Verifiability before features
A smaller claim anyone can check is worth more than a bigger one you have to trust. Every capability we ship comes with its proof path.
Your data stays yours
Customer data is kept isolated per company and is never sold or shared. Only cryptographic fingerprints are published — never the data itself.

Recep Özger Filiz founded RecoChainAI in 2025 and leads its product and engineering. The platform is built close to the factory floor — with Türkiye's manufacturing industry, for the markets it exports to.
