The path a number takes

01 — Capture

Invoices are read, sensors sign their readings, spreadsheets import. The source document stays attached.

02 — Compute

Deterministic code, recorded inputs, a stated methodology version, uncertainty carried through.

03 — Seal

A receipt is written to an append-only chain, batched into a Merkle tree, and the root published on a public blockchain.

04 — Prove

Anyone holding the receipt recomputes the hashes and the Merkle path in their own browser.
