This Privacy Policy explains how RecoChainAI OÜ (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website.

Who we are

What data we collect

  • Contact requests. When you use our contact form we collect the name, company, work email and message you provide.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability.
  • Audience measurement. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from (country and referring site) and how quickly pages load. These tools are cookie-free: they set no cookies, do not fingerprint your device and do not build cross-site profiles. What we receive is aggregated, and we cannot identify you from it. You can switch measurement off at any time from the banner on this site; your choice is stored locally in your browser, not in a cookie. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not start measurement at all.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

We use contact data solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss our services with you. The legal basis is your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

Audience measurement rests on our legitimate interest in understanding whether our content is useful and in keeping the site fast (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because it is cookie-free and aggregated, the impact on your privacy is minimal.

Processors

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: our form-handling provider (Formsubmit), our hosting provider (Vercel) and Vercel’s analytics services described above. They process data only as instructed and under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep contact data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request data portability. To exercise these rights, email rozger@recochainai.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
